Specializing in remodeling balconies with BASF brand waterproofing, as required by HOA.


This job consisted of two balconies located in L'ambiance, one is located on the "gulf of mexico" side and the other is located on the bay side with a view of downtown Sarasota as seen in the "after" pictures.

In these pictures you can see the tile "buckled", or completely raised off the concrete subfloor from the motion of the building and 15 years of expansion and contraction.

Corner unit L'ambiance balcony.

This picture shows the tile before the domolition, notice that its hard to see that this floor is completly damaged. This scenario shows you that because of lack of the waterproofing membrane, all the tile along the perimeter of the balcony has been damaged by water
intrusion, requiring total removal of existing floor, installation of the waterproofing membrane and reinstalltion of tile.
